▲吃到一半,往後看好多人!大約快6點時,客人一桌桌進來,平日晚上生意也很好,據說假日很難訂位,所以我跟朋友都平日晚上來,每次來幾乎都有位置。

▲每桌必點的砂鍋鹽焗鴨,一鴨$1,200,會附上圖片上的砂鍋鹽焗鴨、海鮮汕頭火鍋湯頭、高麗菜一份,一鴨三吃:1.先吃鴨肉跟薑片 2.加點白飯或麵線拌湯(麻油麵線很好吃) 3.海鮮汕頭湯煮火鍋。

六百番的每道菜份量都蠻多,若不確定要點幾道菜,店員會幫你看這樣點會不會吃不完、或是吃不夠,對於不太會抓份量的我來說,完全幫了我個大忙!這桌我們10個人吃剛剛好,非常滿足(๑´ㅁ`)。
▌人氣招牌 - 砂鍋鹽焗鴨
每次來最期待這鍋,全台首創只有在六百番才吃得到,聽老闆分享,是他到泉州出差時,一吃驚為天人,怎麼有這麼好吃的料理!於是拜師將秘方及熬煮秘訣帶回台灣,所以口味非常正統道地。

滿滿的料,都是選用高級食材,魚肉也都是無刺的。

真的有新鮮!有鮪魚、旗魚、鮭魚、甜蝦、干貝,每塊份量都蠻厚實,推薦干貝很鮮甜。
▌炸蝦捲壽司
喜歡吃日式料理選擇也很多,一口咬下,炸蝦外皮很酥脆、不會濕軟,夾著小黃瓜、肉鬆、沙拉等配料,口感層次豐富,吃起來很清爽。
▌松阪豬炒時蔬
看這個醬汁色澤,這碗配飯超讚!松阪豬的肉質很Q彈、熟度剛剛好不會太老,保有豬肉的嫩度。
▌蒲燒鰻魚飯
鰻魚份量有夠霸氣,滿滿一大塊,蒲燒醬汁很鮮甜、不會死鹹,拌飯吃超下飯,淋上檸檬汁更清爽。

炸物最適合當下酒菜,海鮮炸物拼盤有小卷、炸魚、花枝,會選用當季新鮮的海鮮,外皮超酥、海鮮肉質很細嫩,六百番的炸物都在水準之上。
